This salsa is a light, zingy, savoury salsa with a good hit of heat . The main ingredients in this salsa are ground tomatillo,arbol peppers, cilantro, onion, garlic, coriander and a bit of chicken stock. These ingredients result in a warming, tangy salsa that compliments and tempers rich dishes very well.
Use as as a dip or a topping for tacos, burritos or quesadillas. Add to chicken, pork or other meat dishes.
Refrigerate after opening in a sealed container and use within 4 weeks.
