Aguas frescas are cool water-based juices that are served at the table with any meal. Always refreshing, they are a great addition to any meal. The agua fresca made with jamaica flowers – also known as agua de Flor de Jamaica – is deep red and has a tart flavour similar to that of red berries.
Simply dilute this syrup with water and a bit of ice to get an authentic, refreshing jug of agua de Flor de Jamaica.
