- In a casserole, melt the butter and fry the onion until transparent. Then add the Masa Harina and fry for a few more minutes.
- Add the chicken soup and stirr constantly until thickened. (5 minutes aprox).
- Add the evaporated milk and chick peas.
- Season with salt. Lower heat, cover and simmer (do not boil).
- Lastly, add the curry.
- Serve in individual bowls, drizzle with the cream and coriander and let each guest add a couple of drops of salsa in their soup.
