This variety of beans is very common in Mexican cooking. They have a very satisfying savory flavour that goes well with a variety of dishes.
Whole bayo beans can be used as a filling for burritos and tacos. May also be used in soups, stews or salads.
Refrigerate after opening in a sealed container and use within 4 weeks.
