- Boil the potatoes. Chop in small cubes, fry and season with the Taco seasoning.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Fry each tortilla 10 seconds per side.
- Set aside on a paper towel.
- To build the chalupas, transfer the tortillas to a serving dish and top each one starting with the salsa of your choice, potatoes, chicken, onion, coriander and radishes
- Sprinkle the cheese and salt to taste.
