Our own twist of the traditional Tex-Mex dish… The perfect taco filling.
- Fry onion and garlic in hot oil.
- Add mince and brown evenly.
- Add adobo sauce. Stir in thoroughly.
- Add frozen vegetables. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or until veggies are cooked.
- Stir in the black beans. Bring to a boil.
- Serve as a filling for tacos, tortillas or tostadas.
