The concept of wraps has evolved from various culinary traditions around the world that involve rolling or wrapping food in a soft flatbread such as a tortilla.
The fillings can include any kind of meat and/or vegetables, cheeses, sauces, sour cream, guacamole and spreads.

INGREDIENTS:

- 1.500 Kgs fork loin cut in strips
- 3 TBS of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBS Taco seasoning
- 1 Onion cut in strips
- 1 Red pepper, sliced
- 1 Green pepper, sliced
- 1 Orange pepper, sliced
- 4 TBS oil for frying
- 4 Wheat Tortillas 26 cm
- Veggies of your choice (avo, tomato, lettuce)
- Shredded cheese and sour cheese
- Salsa Chipotle
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinate meat with the worcestershire sauce and set aside.
- Using a wok or a large pan, sauté the veggies on high flame using half of the oil. Set aside.
- Using the same wok, heat the remaining oil. Sear the meat and then add the veggies.
- Mix. Season with the Taco Seasoning.
- Build your wrap following the instructions below; layering the lettuce, tomato, guacamole, cheese and favourite salsa.
HOW TO FOLD A WRAP:
- Warm the tortillas in a warm skillet so they become pliable.
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer the fillings in the center but slightly closer to the bottom. Leave some space at the bottom edge for folding.
- Take the bottom edge and fold it up and over the lower portion of the filling.
- Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward toward the center. The folds should cover the lower fold and overlap slightly in the middle leaving the top open
