INGREDIENTS:

- 1 box Adobo Cooking Sauce
- 1.2 kgs of pork loin. (Shoulder or leg)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Marinate the meat piece in a ziplock bag for at least 30 minutes. The longer the better.
2. Place in an oven proof dish and cover with foil.
3.Roast in the oven at 200 C for at least 2 hours. Uncover for the last 20 minutes.
* DONE!
