Shrimp Dip

INGREDIENTS:

• 500 gr cooked prawns, finely chopped
• 180 gr mayonnaise
• 3 celery stalks, finely chopped
• 3 TBS chopped fresh coriander
• 4 TBS lemon juice
• 2 TBS finely chopped onion
• Salsa de Chipotle La Costeña
• Taco Seasoning
• Nachos to serve

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place all chopped ingredients in a deep bowl.
2. Add mayo and lemon juice.
3. Season to taste and add Salsa.
4. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.

Serve with Nachos.
