Cooking in Cazuelas de Barro has many advantages:

CURING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fill half of your cazuela with water.
- Add 2 TBS cooking oil and any veggie from your fridge (potato, leeks, carrots, celery, etc.)
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 mins.
- Turn off. Discard water and wash.
- Your cazuela is now ready for cooking a delicious meal.
