A great way to enjoy a delicious gluten free fried chicken.
Makes 6-8 pieces
- In a large bowl, mix the masa harina, baking powder and salt.
- Separately, beat an egg with the water. Incorporate to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until batter is smooth.
- Heat oil to medium.
- Pat dry chicken. Dip into batter. Fry until golden brown.
- Serve with a salsa of your choice.
