Makes 4 sandwiches
8 slices of bread
250 gr of your favorite cheese, sliced
1 can Ate de Membrillo, sliced
- You can substitute de quince paste for Guava paste Ate de Guayaba
1. Build your sandwiches with sliced cheese and top with the sliced quince paste.
2. Place in a sandwich maker or grill on each side until toasted and cheese melts.
3. Cut in triangles and serve.
